Plan and lead engaging experiences based on each child’s interests and developmental needs
Build strong relationships with families through consistent communication and daily updates
Maintain a clean, safe, nurturing environment by following all safety and classroom procedures
At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
Prior experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool (six months preferred)
A degree in early childhood or a related field is a plus
Ability to meet all state and company background check requirements
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements or weekly testing (if applicable to your location’s policy)
