Qualifications & Benefits

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Child development knowledge and experience preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community

• Highly developed organization and prioritization skills and dedication to completing tasks in a timely manner.

Childcare Education, Background Checks, and other trainings are required and supported by the YMCA after you are hired!
