As a Child and Family Counselor, you will provide individualized, strengthsâbased support to atârisk youth and their families in home and community settings. Youâll build trusting relationships, implement treatment and intervention plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help youth develop emotional regulation, strengthen social skills, and maintain stability in their homes and communities. Your work directly supports placement stability, reduces crises, and helps families stay connected and resilient.
