Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist – Nashville, TN
Full-Time | Outpatient or Inpatient/Outpatient Mix | Academic Opportunity | Nashville, Tennessee

Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team at Centennial Parthenon Pavilion Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a highly respected behavioral health setting while participating in academic and leadership growth opportunities.

This position offers flexibility with either an all-outpatient schedule or a blend of inpatient/outpatient responsibilities, depending on candidate preference and experience.


Position Highlights:

  • Full-time Child & Adolescent Psychiatry opportunity
  • Flexible practice model: All OP or IP/OP mix
  • Work at a premier behavioral health hospital in the Nashville market
  • Call schedule: one night per week and one weekend per month
  • Collaborate with fellows, residents, and midlevel providers
  • Strong Graduate Medical Education (GME) involvement
  • Exciting potential for a future Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship program
  • Opportunity to mentor trainees and help shape psychiatric education
  • Supportive administrative and clinical leadership team

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for child/adolescent patients
  • Deliver care in outpatient and/or inpatient settings based on selected practice model
  • Supervise and collaborate with APPs/midlevel providers
  • Participate in resident and fellow education through teaching and mentorship
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
  • Participate in scheduled call rotation

Requirements:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
  • Fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry preferred/eligible
  • Tennessee license or ability to obtain licensure
  • Strong interest in collaborative care and academic psychiatry

Qualifications

Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry (ABPN).

Active or eligible medical license in State that you are applying to

Experience or strong interest in addiction treatment in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Strong leadership and teaching skills, with a collaborative approach to care.

Previous experience supervising mid-level providers is a plus.
