Build the technology foundation for one of Europe’s most ambitious cybersecurity companies.
Nimblr is a fast-growing Nordic cybersecurity company on a mission to change how organizations build real security awareness. Our automated platform combines phishing simulations, micro-learning, and AI-driven personalization to reduce human cyber risk at scale. Founded in Malmö in 2020, Nimblr now serves 3,000+ customers and over 300,000 users across 15 markets — and we’re just getting started.
We are now looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our management team and take full ownership of Nimblr’s technology platform, engineering organization, and technical strategy as we scale towards millions of users across Europe and beyond.
As CTO, you will lead Nimblr’s technology vision, architecture, and execution. You will scale and structure the engineering organization, strengthen platform stability and security, and drive the technical evolution needed to support rapid growth and AI-driven innovation.
