As we continue to scale, we believe technology and artificial intelligence will become one of the most important drivers of our growth, efficiency, and patient outcomes.

We're investing heavily in AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent healthcare systems—and we're looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead that journey.

This is an opportunity to join our Executive Leadership Team and build something meaningful at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and artificial intelligence.

The Opportunity

As CTO, you will own the technology vision for the organization.

You will lead our engineering and analytics teams, guide our AI strategy, influence executive decision-making, and identify opportunities where technology can fundamentally improve how healthcare is delivered.

You'll work directly with company leadership to answer questions such as:

• How can AI improve patient outcomes?
• How can we automate clinical and operational workflows?
• What technologies will define the next phase of healthcare delivery?
• How do we build a scalable, AI-first healthcare organization?
• How do we position NIVA Health ahead of competitors in an increasingly technology-driven healthcare landscape?

This is not a maintenance role.

This is a builder's role.

We're looking for someone who can combine strategic vision with practical execution and who is excited by the challenge of turning innovative ideas into real-world solutions.

What You'll Lead

You will oversee all technology functions within the organization, including:

• Software Engineering
• Analytics Engineering
• Data & Analytics
• AI & Automation Initiatives
• Cloud Infrastructure & Architecture
• Emerging Technology Programs

You will directly lead a growing team of engineers and technical professionals while helping shape the future structure of our technology organization.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• 10+ years of software engineering and technology leadership experience.
• Experience leading engineering organizations, technology departments, or software teams.
• Previous experience as a CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering, Head of Technology, or similar leadership role.
• Strong experience within healthcare technology, digital health, healthcare operations, clinical platforms, EMR/EHR ecosystems, or related healthcare environments.
• Proven experience implementing or leading AI, machine learning, generative AI, LLM, agentic AI, or intelligent automation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience building and scaling technology teams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• AI implementation within healthcare environments.
• Healthcare analytics and data platforms.
• Clinical workflow automation.
• Remote and globally distributed teams.
• Python-based development ecosystems.
