We are looking for a highly technical AI Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and execution of enterprise-grade AI products that solve real-world business challenges. This is a strategic leadership role focused on building scalable AI platforms, defining technology roadmaps, and driving innovation across Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), workflow automation, and enterprise AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong architectural thinking and leadership capabilities to build production-ready AI systems from the ground up. You will work closely with leadership to transform business ideas into scalable AI products while mentoring engineering teams and establishing best practices for AI development and deployment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology and AI roadmap aligned with business objectives and product strategy.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI architectures for enterprise applications.
• Build and deploy production-ready Agentic AI systems using modern orchestration frameworks.
• Architect LLM-powered applications incorporating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, memory management, tool calling, and multi-agent workflows.
• Lead the development and deployment of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and Generative AI solutions.
• Design scalable AI infrastructure with a focus on reliability, security, performance, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical AI solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams while establishing technical standards and best practices.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to drive continuous innovation across products.
• Ensure successful deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI platforms in production environments.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years building production-grade AI and machine learning solutions.
• Strong expertise as a Solution Architect with hands-on experience designing enterprise AI systems.
• Proven experience building and deploying Agentic AI applications and modern AI orchestration frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI development frameworks.
• Experience designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering solutions.
• Hands-on experience deploying scalable cloud-based AI infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong system design, architectural decision-making, and technical leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills with the ability to lead engineering teams.
• Experience with Voice AI, multi-agent architectures, AI evaluation, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, AI SaaS platforms, or startup environments is an added advantage.
