Salary range: Rs 5000000 - Rs 7000000 (ie INR 50 - 70 LPA)

Min Experience: 15+ years

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute the technology vision for our next-generation product suite, driving technical excellence that outpaces the market.
  • Architect intelligent, scalable, and secure digital platforms that innovate at the intersection of finance and AI.
  • Build and lead an agile tech team empowered to deliver novel customer-centric solutions, working side-by-side with product and business leadership.
  • Spearhead the development and integration of successful AI projects that create quantifiable market differentiation.
  • Champion modern engineering best practices—from scalable cloud to robust security—enabling seamless onboarding and digital experiences.
  • Proactively attract, recruit, and hire top-tier technology talent to fuel our product ambitions, building a diverse and high-calibre engineering team from the ground up.
  • Foster a dynamic, founder-driven innovation culture that inspires and retains passionate technologists.
  • Represent the technical heart of the company alongside visionary founders and a celebrated board.

What You Bring

  • Hands-on technology leadership experience, with driving product engineering in B2C startups.
  • Proven success building and deploying AI-driven products—your work has moved the needle for users, markets, or growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from IIT (India) or a similarly renowned institution is mandatory.
  • Strategic, driven, and deeply committed to shipping high-impact, scalable solutions.
  • Appetite to build, iterate, and own the full product engineering journey—from MVP to industry gold standard.
