Job Description

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the digital transformation of the retail operations. The CTO will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative technology strategies to modernize our infrastructure, enhance customer experiences, and support the companys strategic focus on health and well-being. This role requires expertise in retail business operations and experience with leading ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, specifically in point-of-sale (POS) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the business goals and "Blooming Strategy 2030."

- Lead the digital transformation journey, focusing on integrating modern retail technology with health and wellness services.

- Stay ahead of emerging technologies to recommend solutions that foster innovation and growth.

- Oversee the modernization of IT systems, including ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CRM, and e-commerce platforms, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure systems.

- Drive the implementation of data analytics to enhance decision-making and customer insights.

- Develop digital health services platforms, including telemedicine, health monitoring, and patient engagement systems.

- Build and optimize the compnays online presence to create a seamless omnichannel experience for customers.

- Enhance mobile and web platforms to expand access to health products and services.

- Lead the implementation and optimization of retail-specific technologies, including POS systems, inventory management, and supply chain solutions.

- Ensure seamless integration between ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and front-end retail systems to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives.

- Ensure the highest standards of cybersecurity and compliance with regulations, including data protection laws.

- Implement policies and practices to safeguard customer and business information.

Key Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience (10+ years) in technology leadership roles, preferably in retail, healthcare, or e-commerce sectors.

- Strong experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, particularly in POS and retail operations.

- Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation and large-scale technology projects.

- In-depth understanding of the retail business environment, including inventory management, supply chain, and customer engagement technologies.

- Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the pharmacy , healthcare industry or retail .

- Knowledge of the Egyptian market and regulatory environment.

- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
