About the Role

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for leading the company's technological vision and strategic direction. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee the development and implementation of FinTech Innovations' suite of digital products and services, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's overall technology strategy to support the organization's long-term growth and objectives

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of FinTech Innovations' software platforms, applications, and infrastructure

• Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance the company's technological capabilities

• Attract, build, and lead a high-performing team of software engineers, data scientists, and technology specialists

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the technology organization

• Ensure the security, stability, and reliability of the company's technology systems and data

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points

• Represent the company and serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and board of directors

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry

• Proven track record of driving successful technology initiatives and delivering innovative digital solutions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Extensive knowledge of modern software development methodologies, cloud computing, data analytics, and emerging technologies

• Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience with software engineering, system architecture, and product development

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-aligned strategies and solutions

• Adaptable and adept at navigating change in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
