  • General Description

Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.

  • Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities
  • Prepare procedures, instructions, forms for inspection, acceptance, and payment of construction items for the Investor's approval to apply to the project.
  • Chief Supervisor assigns tasks and regulates the authority of the Supervisors in his organization by Assignment Form and reports to the Investor.
  • Check and confirm the certificate of acceptance of the volume for payment to the Contractor.
  • Check the Contractor's construction proposal through construction methods, recommend amendments if necessary and approve these proposals.
  • Check the Contractor's construction plan and if necessary, request the Contractor to amend based on the current progress, ensuring compliance with the construction progress.
  • Manage and operate the site supervision team, manage the progress, quality, and cost of the project to ensure compliance with technical requirements and terms of the contract as well as current construction standards, regulations, and regulations.
  • Statistics and update regularly, record all construction activities, inspections, site meetings, quantity measurements, payments to contractors, etc., and report the above progress to the Investor on a monthly basis, together with proposals to promote construction and resolve technical or contractual issues that the contractor is encountering, is causing, or has the potential to cause, delays in construction.
  • With the assistance of the Supervision Engineers, ensure that the actual acceptance volume is accurate and does not exceed the approved design volume, payment records, etc. are complete, accurate and in compliance with all contract requirements. Provide guidance on managing Contract change orders.
  • Prepare and issue written notices to the Contractor of any deficiencies in his work and identify and specify detailed technical requirements for work items only partially specified in the contract documents.
  • Prepare detailed and qualified proposals to the Investor for any proposed changes to the contract.
  • Inspect and confirm all inspected quantities for payment and approve monthly payment certificates.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering up
  • Have the License of Construction Supervision, grade 1
  • Have the certificate of Labor safety, group 1
  • Fluent in writing and speaking English
  • Trustworthy, high integrity
