Lead one of Australia's largest integrated resort stewarding operations.

Reporting to the Culinary Director, this leadership role is responsible for managing stewarding operations across the entire resort, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, compliance, asset management and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage stewarding operations across Crown Perth including workforce planning, rostering and team leadership.
• Drive HACCP, food safety, CrownSAFE and Town of Victoria Park compliance standards.
• Lead PPE compliance, chemical handling procedures and workplace safety initiatives.
• Oversee procurement, storage, distribution and inventory control of crockery, flatware, glassware, smallwares and mobile kitchen equipment.
• Manage stewarding budgets, consumables and operational costs.
• Partner with Procurement to manage chemical and consumable supply contracts.
• Oversee fryer oil usage, filtration, cleaning programs and waste oil disposal contracts.
• Deliver continuous improvement and operational excellence across all back-of-house support services.

About you

• Experienced leader from a large hotel, resort, healthcare, stadium or hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of HACCP, safety compliance and stewarding operations.
• Commercially minded with proven cost control and asset management experience.
• Passionate about developing teams and driving high standards.
