Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and sales process optimization.
Monitor market trends, policies, and competitor activities to drive business growth.
Represent the company in industry forums and government relations related to e-mobility.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
15+ years of proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in commercial vehicles / EV / bus industry.
Strong understanding of government tenders, fleet sales, and public transport ecosystem.
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-growing EV market.
