Job Description

The B2C Sales Team focuses on promotion, animation and steering of sales activities of financial and insurance products for BMW Group Customers within BMW Group Dealer network.

What awaits you?

  • Implementing, enforcing, and locally adapting BMW Group Financial Services and local sales strategies, policies, guidelines, instructions, and procedures to achieve short-term and long-term targets for Customer Segments B2C and B2D.
  • Developing and implementing the local Sales strategy to maximize sales opportunities in Retail Finance, Commercial Finance, Insurance, and other future product lines.
  • Orchestrating all market activities to ensure fulfillment of sales objectives, including new business volumes, margins, profitability, car sales conversion and penetration, as well as dealer and customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting sales efforts of the NSC through coordinated initiatives and activities.
  • Ensuring appropriate sales management measures to fulfill balanced scorecard targets via marketing, communication, and product measures.
  • Orchestrating all activities and initiatives related to centrally requested business development targets and objectives.
  • Monitoring and aligning sales and marketing efforts to continuously meet company goals and market demands.

What should you bring along?

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in sales steering focused on high performance and target achievement.
  • Bringing extensive managerial experience at the Executive level, preferably within a multinational company.
  • Demonstrating significant sales and commercial experience with strong market and product knowledge and affinity.
  • Possessing deep expertise in the automotive, financial industries and/or fleet/mobility, BMW Group experience is an advantage.
  • Showing strong leadership capabilities including people development, mentoring skills, and excellent negotiation and conflict management abilities.
  • Embracing continuous improvement, innovation, and maintaining a keen focus on productivity and efficiency.
  • Communicating effectively in Polish and English, German language considered an advantage, and the ability to perform well in an international environment.
