Position Chief Risk Officer / Expat

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the field of risk management;

• As the role involves credit risk responsibility, experience in the banking and financial sector is required;

• Appointment will be at the C-level, so experience managing a team of 20+ people is necessary.

Units of Responsibility:

• Risk Management and Compliance Department (1 Director, 2 Specialists)

  • Corporate risk and compliance;

  • Provide risk policy direction and support to Invescore NBFI subsidiaries and Central Asian companies;

  • ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance);

  • ISO standards;

• Credit Risk Department (1 Director, 3 Senior Specialists, 11 Specialists)

• Credit risk analysis and monitoring;

• Credit portfolio analysis;

• Special assets operations.
