As CRO you will take full ownership of the commercial organization and become a key member of the executive team.
You will be responsible for setting and executing the go to market strategy while ensuring scalable and profitable growth.
This is a hands on leadership role where you combine strategic direction with operational execution and actively drive deals.
Lead and develop a high performing sales organization
Own revenue targets, forecasting and pipeline management
Drive strategic deals and build long term relationships with key customers
Define and execute the go to market strategy
Expand in existing markets and enter new geographies
Build and lead the marketing function with focus on demand generation
Ensure strong collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success
You have experience building and scaling commercial organizations within B2B SaaS
You have a strong track record of achieving and exceeding growth targets
You are experienced in international expansion and complex sales processes
You have worked with both direct sales and partner models
You are a strong leader who creates engagement and delivers results
You work in a structured and data driven way with pipeline and forecasting
You have vast experience working in the Nordics
You are fluent in English and preferably a Scandinavian language
You will have a key role in a fast growing and purpose driven company
You will work closely with a strong and experienced management team
