Longevity Holdings is a leading data and analytics company backed by Cornell Capital, a New York-based private equity firm. Longevity operates a portfolio of market-leading businesses serving life insurers, reinsurers, pension funds, banks, and TPAs — all focused on the growing challenges and opportunities of an aging population.
Berwyn is one of Longevity's core operating businesses and the nation's leading provider of death audit and locate services. With a dominant market position, a blue-chip client base, and significant runway for organic and inorganic growth, Berwyn represents a compelling platform for a revenue leader who wants to shape a category.
This is an opportunity to join a PE-backed business at an inflection point — with the institutional resources, strategic backing, and executive team to accelerate growth — and to participate meaningfully in the value creation that follows.
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will serve as the operational and strategic engine behind Berwyn's revenue growth, owning end-to-end accountability for sales execution, marketing, and go-to-market strategy. The CRO will build the systems, talent, and discipline needed to scale revenue across Berwyn's death audit and location services.
This role reports directly to the CEO of Longevity Holdings, the parent company of Berwyn, and is designed for a hands-on revenue leader who thrives in building structure around talented teams and translating market relationships into repeatable, scalable growth.
