YOUR MISSION
Own and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring clear prioritization and stakeholder alignment
Drive the technical direction of the organization, including architecture principles, tech stack, scalability, stability, and the continuous improvement
Define and execute AI strategy, including build/buy/partner decisions and ROI-driven prioritization
Oversee Data, Analytics, BI, and operations to ensure performance, automation, reliability, and cost efficiency
Shape and lead the organization across Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations, including culture, security, budgets, and external partners
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
Extensive executive-level leadership experience (e.g., CPTO, CTO, CPO) in Product & Tech, ideally with B2B2C digital platforms
Strong technical expertise in architecture, DevOps, security, and AI/GenAI integration
Solid background in Data/BI governance and organizational transformation
Strong execution skills to align tech initiatives with corporate goals
Professional fluency in German and English
Background in the health or wellbeing sector is a distinct plus
