As we enter our next stage of growth, we are looking for a hands-on Chief Product Officer to lead our product vision, execution, and adoption.

The Opportunity

This is a builder role for a product leader who can transform vision into products that customers use, trust, and rely on every day.

You will own the entire product lifecycle—from strategy and discovery to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. Working closely with the Founder & CEO and CTO, you will shape the next generation of Okoora’s products while building the product discipline required to scale.

What You'll Own

  • Product outcomes across the company, ensuring products deliver measurable customer value and adoption.
  • Product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution.
  • Leadership and development of the product function, including the existing Product Manager and future team growth.
  • Translation of company vision and business priorities into scalable product solutions.
  • Customer-driven product development through direct engagement with customers and customer-facing teams.
  • Product adoption, usage measurement, and post-launch optimization.
  • Product governance and collaboration with engineering to ensure high-quality execution.

What You'll Do

  • Partner closely with the CEO to translate strategic vision into actionable product plans.
  • Work alongside the CTO and engineering teams to drive successful product delivery.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Define product requirements, user journeys, success metrics, and launch criteria.
  • Lead product reviews focused on customer outcomes and business impact.
  • Build strong product processes that improve discovery, prioritization, execution, and learning.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Support, and Compliance to align product decisions with market needs.
  • Drive product simplicity, usability, and customer adoption.
  • Make critical go/no-go decisions around product readiness and customer launch.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven product leadership experience in fintech, financial technology, financial infrastructure, payments, banking, treasury, risk management, embedded finance, or related financial domains.
  • Experience building, scaling, or transforming product organizations in complex environments.
  • Strong track record of bringing products from concept to successful customer adoption.
  • Ability to work effectively with founders, engineering leaders, customers, and commercial teams.
  • Deep understanding of how product decisions drive customer value, growth, trust, and revenue.
  • Technical fluency and the ability to engage in complex product and engineering discussions.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a passion for customer discovery and product execution.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Hebrew is an advantage.
