Redcare Pharmacy as the leading online pharmacy in Europe, with branches in France, Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium, we are seeking individuals who are eager to grow with us. For our new branch in the Czech Republic, we are looking for a Chief Pharmacist (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Acting as the chief pharmacist ( vedoucí lékárník) for the local pharmacy, advising customers and ensuring the correct dispensing of medications.

• Ensuring the implementation and maintenance of a quality management system in close collaboration with the Quality Department.

• Ensuring that the dispensing of medications complies with (inter)national laws and regulations.

• Managing the on-site pharmaceutical advisory team.

• Handling customer complaints efficiently.

• Analyzing and reporting pharmacovigilance notifications and reporting them to the authorities when necessary.

Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

• Licensed pharmacist with an active membership in the Czech Chamber of Pharmacists, fulfilling the legal requirements to act as Chief Pharmacist (m/f/d) and responsible representative and bringing practical experience from a community pharmacy environment.

• Specialized competency ( specializovaná způsobilost, tzv. atestace), i.e. additional education or professional practice in accordance with Czech Act No. 95/2004 Coll.

• Knowledge of (inter)national laws and regulations.

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are considered a plus.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.
