Job Description
The Chief People Officer (CPO) is responsible for developing and executing the Company's people strategy in alignment with its organizational vision, business objectives, and growth trajectory.
The CPO will lead culture and organizational transformation, talent strategy, employee experience, leadership development, performance management, total rewards, and HR analytics This role is critical in building an agile, high-performing organization with strong leadership capabilities and resilience to support sustainable business growth and transformation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic People Leadership: Develop and execute long-term people and HR strategies aligned with business objectives, corporate expansion, and technological transformation.
- Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract high-potential and critical talent while strengthening the Company's employer brand.
- Organizational & Cultural Transformation: Drive organization and culture transformation, define target behaviors, and embed core values throughout the organization.
- Change Management: Act as a Change Champion, using effective communication and stakeholder engagement to drive organizational alignment and manage resistance to change.
- Performance Management & Total Rewards: Design and implement effective performance management frameworks, including KPIs/OKRs, compensation structures, incentives, and total rewards programs.
- Learning & Capability Building: Establish L&D frameworks, leadership development programs, talent pipelines, and succession planning for critical positions.
- HR Analytics & Workforce Planning: Leverage people analytics and workforce data to support strategic decision-making, manpower planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- HR Governance & Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable Thai labor laws, PDPA regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
Job Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
20+ years of comprehensive HR experience, including at least 10 years in executive HR leadership roles such as CPO, HRVP, or HR Director.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale Culture Transformation, Organization Redesign, Organizational Development (OD), and Change Management initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with the ability to align people, culture, and HR strategies with business growth and commercial outcomes.
- Deep expertise in HR Transformation, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Total Rewards, and Data-Driven HR
- Strong capability in using HR analytics and workforce insights to measure organizational effectiveness and drive behavioral change.
- Exceptional executive presence, leadership, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with the Board, C-Suite, and all levels of the organization
- High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, integrity, and change leadership capability
