What The Position is About:

  • The COO will be a member of the executive leadership team serving as an active leader focused on developing people, removing bottlenecks, and driving performance
  • Oversee and optimize operations to support aggressive growth and multi-location expansion
  • Lead all managers across various departments including sales, production, marketing, and HR
  • Own and manage the P&L, driving profitability and overall financial performance
  • Implement AI and modern technology across the business

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven senior-level experience overseeing high-volume operations within the home improvement or design-build industry
  • Fluency with AI and modern technology
  • Experience launching new markets and overseeing multiple locations
  • Strong leadership experience over multiple layers of management
  • Experience building and implementing scalable systems
