Chief Operating Officer | Sarnova
Sarnova is seeking an accomplished Chief Operating Officer to help shape the future of a market-leading healthcare organization serving healthcare providers, emergency medical professionals, and first responders nationwide.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the COO will partner in setting enterprise strategy while ensuring the organization possesses the operational capabilities necessary to achieve its long-term growth objectives.
This role carries responsibility for the performance, scalability, and strategic development of Sarnova's operating platform, encompassing supply chain, distribution, customer operations, engineering, manufacturing, contract manufacturing partnerships, and product lifecycle execution.

The Chief Operating Officer serves as the executive leader responsible for converting strategy into execution across the organization.
Working closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Leadership Team, the COO will ensure Sarnova continues to strengthen its competitive position through operational discipline, innovation, disciplined capital allocation, and organizational capability building.
The COO will provide leadership across a complex operating environment while balancing growth, profitability, customer experience, regulatory requirements, and organizational effectiveness.
