We are looking for a strong operator to take full ownership of day-to-day business execution across the group. The COO will focus on building robust systems, fixing inefficiencies, and turning high-level strategy into consistent operational reality. This is an ideal role for a leader who thrives on building structure and scaling internal teams in a fast-moving, service-based environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure work is delivered on time, within scope, and at expected quality standards.
  • Act as the escalation point for operational issues and delivery risks.

Project Management & Client Execution

  • Oversee project planning, prioritization, and execution across all client accounts.
  • Support or directly manage key client relationships when needed.
  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery teams.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and changes in scope.

Process & Scalability Management

    • PR execution, media placement, and reporting
    • Content and media production workflows
    • Account management and client communications
    • Internal admin, finance, and HR coordination
  • Ensure SOP adoption and consistent execution across teams.

Systems, Tools & Reporting

  • Implement and manage operational tools (project management, CRM, reporting, collaboration).
  • Improve visibility through simple dashboards and tracking systems.
  • Drive light automation to reduce manual work and improve turnaround time.
  • Ensure teams use tools correctly and consistently.

Cross-Function Alignment

  • Work closely with the CRO to align sales promises with operational capacity.
  • Ensure smooth client handover from sales to delivery.
  • Provide feedback on pricing, scope, and capacity constraints.
  • Support client retention through strong execution and delivery discipline.

Financial & Resource Oversight

  • Track team utilization, workload, and delivery capacity.
  • Support finance with invoicing coordination, cost tracking, and operational budgeting inputs.
  • Identify cost leaks and inefficiencies within operations.

People & Team Management

  • Manage team leads and key individual contributors across operations and delivery.
  • Set clear expectations, priorities, and accountability.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management with HR.
  • Build a culture of ownership, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4–7 years of experience in operations, project management, or delivery leadership roles.
  • Industry Background: Proven experience in PR agencies, media companies, or digital service-based businesses.
  • Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience building SOPs, improving workflows, and managing operational tools (CRM/PM software).
  • Leadership: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a track record of managing multiple teams.
  • Problem Solving: Strong execution, decision-making skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup.
  • Language: Professional-level English (spoken and written) for international coordination.

KPIs

  • Client delivery timeliness and quality
  • SOP coverage and adoption rate
  • Client onboarding and execution cycle time
  • Team utilization and productivity
  • Reduction in operational errors and rework
  • Cross-team execution alignment with revenue goals

Benefits
