  Champion GWB’s transformation and regionalisation agenda while ensuring alignment to business growth priorities
• Business Performance & Capital Optimisation
  Drive financial performance, optimise capital allocation, and enhance productivity across business units
• Risk & Asset Quality Leadership
  Strategic input in risk reward optimisation consistent with business direction. Leadership role on operational resilience group wide.
• International Franchise Management
  Provide end-to-end oversight of GWB’s international branches, ensuring strong performance and governance
• Leadership & Talent Agenda
  Lead and develop high-performing regional teams while fostering a strong risk and performance culture

Who We Are Looking For

• Senior leader with extensive experience in wholesale banking (treasury and markets, corporate and/or investment banking)
• Proven track record in leading large, complex teams across geographies and effective business transformation
• Strong expertise in risk management, capital optimisation and business strategy
• Ability to operate effectively at senior stakeholder and board/committee level
• Forward-looking leader with strong commercial acumen and change leadership capability
