Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operations, sales, and distribution of pharmaceutical products. The role focuses on driving growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing cross-functional teams across Phnom Penh and provinces.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations across sales, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
• Develop and implement strategic business and operational plans.
• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve performance goals.
• Strengthen relationships with principals, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian pharmaceutical laws and standards.
• Monitor KPIs, optimize costs, and identify new market opportunities.

Main Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution, with leadership exposure.
• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Business, or Supply Chain Management
• Proven track record in operations, commercial growth, and team leadership
• Strong understanding of Cardiology, Gastrology, Urology, OTC, Neurology, and Diabetology products.
• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
