Our client in the medical industry is looking for a highly capable and results-driven Chief Operating Officer to lead the operations of its Healthcare division in Cambodia. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in pharmaceutical product distribution and a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations including supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and pharmaceutical distribution.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with all Cambodian pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor teams across departments to drive efficiency and accountability.
• Build strong relationships with principals, government bodies, and healthcare partners.
• Improve commercial performance and support new product launches and market growth.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, HR, and Regulatory Affairs to meet business targets.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure effective performance management.

Main Requirements:

• At least 5-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution with leadership responsibility.
• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical logistics, operations, and compliance in Cambodia.
• Proven leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
