Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Location: Australia-wide (Head Office: Wheelers Hill, Victoria)
Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 per annum

We are a leading beauty service provider with over 80 stores across Australia and New Zealand, specializing in affordable beauty services such as threading, waxing, tinting, eyelash extensions, and facials. We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the operations of our 80 stores. The COO will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and alignment with strategic goals.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a COO or in senior leadership within the beauty or retail industry
- Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
- Excellent communication and financial management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership:
- Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
2. Policy Development:
- Develop operational policies and procedures to enhance performance.
3. Team Management:
- Lead a team of Operations Managers to foster excellence and accountability.
4. Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with CEO to develop strategic initiatives aligned with company goals.
5. Financial Oversight:
- Oversee budgets, reporting, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
6. Customer Experience:
- Implement best practices for enhancing customer satisfaction.
7. Risk Management:
- Identify operational risks; develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in COO or senior leadership role
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication & financial management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; MBA preferred
