For a newly established role as COO, Danhydra is seeking an experienced and development-oriented Chief Operating Officer to lead global operations and play a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction.
You will have overall responsibility for production/ assembly plants, procurement, supply chain, and operational performance across sites.
Danhydra’s organisational setup reflects its international footprint: production is consolidated in Herning, while procurement, service and sales functions are distributed globally to ensure responsiveness and operational flexibility. The company’s continued growth trajectory, combined with its commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction, positions Danhydra as an ambitious and highly collaborative partner in the renewable energy value chain.
As COO, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, strengthening global supply chain capabilities, and ensuring efficient, scalable production across regions. You will lead a team of leaders within production and procurement while fostering collaboration across other internal and external functions.
You will join the Executive Management Team and contribute to improving production efficiency, supply chain reliability, and overall organisational performance, supporting Danhydra’s continued growth and customer satisfaction.
