Our Client:

Leading retail company in LATAM is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the company's operations and ensure smooth, high-impact execution across multiple stores. This role requires a visionary leader who can design innovative strategies, drive operational excellence, and accelerate business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with business goals and maximize store performance.
  
• Lead the optimization of the supply chain, ensuring efficiency from procurement to last-mile delivery.
  
• Drive the expansion plan by identifying new market opportunities and overseeing the launch of new stores.
  
• Foster a customer-first culture by ensuring top-tier service and experience across all channels.
  
• Build cross-functional collaboration among marketing, logistics, HR, and IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
  
• Anticipate market trends and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  
• Champion innovation by implementing cutting-edge technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Build and empower a high-performing operations team, fostering leadership at all levels.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. MBA is highly desirable.
  
• +10 years of operational leadership experience, ideally within retail or fast-paced environments.
  
• Expertise in scaling operations, managing large teams, and driving process innovation.
  
• Proven ability to lead change, develop strategies, and drive execution across multiple regions.
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on building cross-functional alignment.
