Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 
  10+ years of experience in scrap yard management or a similar industrial environment.
• 
  Proven track record of success in leading and managing large-scale operations.
• 
  Strong understanding of scrap metal processing, quality control, and logistics.
• 
  Excellent knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• 
  Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
