Ballston Spa National Bank (BSNB) is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead and direct operational units including Customer Support Operations, Commercial and Residential Loan Servicing, Risk Management, and Facilities. The COO has overall responsibility to ensure BSNB's execution of its strategic plan by managing assigned operational areas inclusive of personnel, policies, and regulatory compliance. This position has a key role in developing strategic initiatives.
