We’re looking for a Chief of Staff / Head of Operations to be the right hand to the founders and a key driver of company growth. This role blends strategy, execution, and operations—perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves wearing many hats, and wants to make an immediate impact on how the company runs.
What You’ll Do
Own all customer support operations, building processes, playbooks, and escalation paths (including leveraging AI and vendor workflows).
Manage and strengthen relationships with vendors, bank partners, broker-dealers, and other external stakeholders through negotiation and collaboration.
Partner with founders on recruiting, helping attract and close top talent as we scale the team.
Run procurement for new products (e.g., card processors), securing best pricing and terms.
Design and implement organizational systems, performance rubrics, and operational processes that set the company up for scale.
Plan and coordinate team offsites, retreats, and other culture-building initiatives.
Act as a strategic advisor to the founders on priorities, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
