Chief of Staff Veterinarian | Roaring Brook Veterinary Hospital | Canton, CT

Join a well-established, recently renovated practice with a loyal client base and a strong, experienced team. Founded in 1960, our hospital combines gold-standard medicine with a supportive, team-first culture. We’re looking for a confident veterinarian interested in leadership who can help guide the team, mentor others, and maintain exceptional patient and client care.

Our hospital is equipped with advanced medical technology and tools that help our veterinarians provide gold-standard care.

Team & Support

  • 4 licensed technicians
  • 1:1 doctor-to-technician ratio
  • 2 assistants staffed daily in addition to licensed technicians
  • Experienced, tight-knit team with many long-tenured staff members (some 15+ years!)

Who You Are

  • An experienced and confident small animal veterinarian who enjoys a fast-paced environment and practices gold-standard medicine
  • A trustworthy and supportive teammate who is collaborative, flexible, and team-focused with an interest in leadership
  • Previous leadership experience is welcome but not required!
