We are seeking a Supply Chain Chief of Staff to the VP of Supply Chain for Carrier, based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset, is a strong collaborator, with outstanding analytical, project management, and organizational capabilities.

Acting with autonomy, the Chief of Staff will interact with the executive level to structure workflows, establish and ensure commitment follow up and closure, assist business review preparation and business communication to various stakeholders. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable business insights including strategic and long-range planning processes, financials, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage department and organizational reporting of Supply Chain transformation initiatives, including developing action plans, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications/presentations.

• Synthesize goals of the VP Supply Chain into value-added and actionable items

• Understand strategic goals and on-going operations across the function to provide input and support including efforts to create cohesive messages for senior briefings

• Lead daily operations with the support of the Executive Assistant including organizing corporate events and workshops, strategic supplier visits, staff meetings, and KPI review

• Creation of dashboards and ownership to visibility to drive insights and execution by the business

• Compiles actions list from business reviews and drives follow up actions across stakeholders

• Reviews and presents plans and progress reports to track progress and ensure that established targets are met

• Identifies and reacts to project problems and spearheads solutions, such as reallocating of resources, changing specifications, and participating in resolution development for escalated problems

• Responsible for maintaining a central repository of data needed for business presentations and external communications

• Coordinates and manages special projects and serve as a focal point for the organization as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• 4+ years of program management or business operations experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, finance, or business

• MBA

• Demonstrated business management , financial acumen and analytical skills

• Strong experience with MS Office Excel and PowerPoint including storyboarding, building charts, graphs etc. and ability to assemble supporting materials for review

• Independently driven problem solver with the appetite to address complex challenges in a fast-moving environment

• Proven track record of planning and leading strategic initiatives in a global organization

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience crafting communications for executive audiences
