Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, with MBB experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier leading university; MBA is a plus.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.
• Demonstrated exposure to strategy, business planning, transformation, or corporate strategy projects.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• High ownership and execution mindset, with the ability to take ambiguous problems from analysis to action.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the COO.
• Lead strategic planning initiatives, including annual plans, quarterly OKRs, and long-term growth strategies.
• Drive high-priority cross-functional projects from concept through execution.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, board materials, and strategic reports.
• Track company-wide KPIs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Support partnerships and business expansion initiatives as required.
