Chief of Staff
Location: Astana, Kazakhstan
Multi-Family Office

A multi-family office is hiring a Chief of Staff to serve as the strategic and operational right hand to the principals and their families. This role oversees team coordination, strategic initiatives, and day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of the family's vision across all activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, confidential support to shareholders and family members
• Coordinate and optimize a lean, high-performing team (up to 10 people)
• Lead strategic projects and key initiatives from concept to completion
• Design and enforce internal processes and governance standards
• Liaise with external advisors, banks, and counterparties
• Prepare and present performance and financial reports to principals
• Track and ensure execution of all shareholder decisions
• Safeguard confidentiality and manage reputational risks

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years in senior leadership with direct access to business owners
• Prior experience in family offices, investment firms, or shareholder offices
• Proven success managing small, high-efficiency teams
• Strong understanding of private wealth and asset management principles
• High financial and legal literacy
• Experience coordinating complex projects and external advisors
• Impeccable reputation, unquestionable loyalty, and absolute discretion
• Fluent in Russian and English; Kazakh is a plus
