Chief of Staff, Greater Asia

Greater Asia Chief of Staff

Purpose:
Serve as a strategic partner to the Greater Asia leader, driving strategy execution, operational rigor, and leadership alignment across the region. Act as the integrator and force multiplier to ensure priorities are translated into outcomes with speed and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Business Execution

  • Translate leadership priorities into clear action plans, OKRs, and execution roadmaps
  • Drive cross-market alignment (SEA, Korea, Japan, ANZ) on key initiatives
  • Use data and insights to support decision-making, prioritization, and resource allocation

2. Leadership Team Effectiveness

  • Orchestrate Greater Asia LT operating rhythm (staff meetings, QBRs, offsites, reviews)
  • Ensure high-quality preparation, framing, and follow-through on leadership discussions
  • Track progress and enforce accountability on key decisions and actions

3. Cross-functional Integration

  • Act as the connector across business units, HR, finance, and operations
  • Remove silos and enable end-to-end execution across markets and functions
  • Drive regional initiatives and transformation programs

4. Communication & Executive Narrative

  • Develop and shape executive communications, storytelling, and messaging
  • Ensure consistent cascade of strategy and priorities across the region
  • Support internal/external engagements for the GA leader

5. Operational Excellence & Governance

  • Establish and manage operating cadence, governance forums, and reporting
  • Drive performance tracking (KPIs, OKRs, reviews) and continuous improvement
  • Simplify processes and introduce digital/AI-led efficiencies where possible

6. Special Projects & Transformation

  • Lead or sponsor critical, high-impact regional initiatives (e.g., org transformation, productivity programs)
  • Act as a “special situations” leader for ambiguous or urgent priorities
  • Enable execution of CEO/BU-led strategic programs
