We're hiring a Chief of Staff who gets genuine energy from making things run well, and who wants to learn how a real company grows by doing the actual work, not studying it. You'll work directly with VSCO's CEO to drive execution across the full company: owning high-stakes projects, building the operating rhythms that keep a fast-moving team aligned, and making sure what matters on Monday actually happens by Friday.
You'll touch everything: planning, hiring, product, go-to-market, finance, and culture. You'll be trusted to figure things out without waiting to be asked. In return, you'll get something genuinely rare: direct mentorship from a deeply experienced CEO, unfiltered access to how strategic decisions get made, and a front-row seat to building a company that helps photographers turn their passion into a profession.

This role reports directly to the CEO and is based out of our San Francisco, CA office (minimum 3 days/week in office).

The base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000 Salary is one component of our total compensation package. This position also qualifies for bonuses and equity (i.e. stock options). The benefits available for this position include flexible time off, a 401K retirement plan, insurance (medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, short and long term disability), and 11 paid holidays. We also provide paid sick time as required by state and local law. Additional benefits and perks are also offered for this position.
