Responsible for serving as a strategic adviser and trusted partner to the Senior Executive Officer, the Chief of Staff provides high-level support in planning, prioritization, and execution of executive initiatives across the organization. This role ensures alignment between the Executive Officer's agenda and organizational operations, drives key strategic priorities, and manages cross-functional collaboration to enhance overall performance and leadership effectiveness.

Essential Functions:
Act as a key liaison between the Executive Officer and senior leaders to ensure seamless communication and execution of priorities.
-Drive progress on strategic initiatives by managing projects, removing barriers, and facilitating decision-making.
-Coordinate leadership meetings, prepare briefing materials, and track follow-ups on critical action items.
-Provide thought partnership to the Executive Officer on matters of organizational importance, including governance, planning, and external affairs.
-Lead or support cross-functional projects that require executive-level oversight and integration across departments.
-Support Board of Directors and executive committee preparation, communication, and follow-up.
-Manage the flow of information to and from the Office of the Executive Officer, ensuring clarity, confidentiality, and accountability.
-Monitor key organizational metrics and assist in aligning performance outcomes with the Executive Officer's vision and strategy.

Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required or Master's Degree Related Field of Study preferred
