This is a high-impact strategic role designed for a highly analytical and execution-focused professional who thrives at the center of fast-moving business operations. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help drive company-wide alignment, operational excellence, and strategic execution across multiple business functions. The role combines executive partnership, cross-functional coordination, and operational leadership, offering direct exposure to key business decisions and high-priority initiatives. You will help transform ideas into action, manage critical projects, support executive communication, and ensure organizational priorities stay on track in a dynamic remote-first environment. Ideal candidates are exceptional communicators, highly organized problem-solvers, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Accountabilities:

  • Partner closely with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives, operational priorities, and cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
  • Support the executive office by ensuring decisions translate into actionable next steps, clear ownership, accountability, and timely follow-through across teams.
  • Lead and coordinate high-impact special projects, including strategic reviews, internal transformation initiatives, executive reporting, and board preparation activities.
  • Develop executive-level communications and materials such as business reviews, board presentations, company-wide updates, and leadership reports.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s operating cadence, including leadership meetings, quarterly planning cycles, OKR tracking, and business performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to improve cross-team alignment, identify operational gaps, and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Support the adoption and integration of AI tools and workflows across teams by tracking implementation progress and identifying operational improvements.
  • Serve as a strategic connector between product, engineering, commercial, and operational functions to ensure efficient coordination and execution across the organization.
  • Maintain visibility into company-wide developments and ensure leadership teams remain informed on key risks, opportunities, and business signals.

    • Requirements:

    • 4 to 5 years of experience in high-performance environments such as strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, fintech, SaaS, or fast-scaling technology companies.
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and actionable insights.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience preparing executive presentations, reports, and business narratives.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while operating effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
    • Strong organizational and project management capabilities with a demonstrated ability to execute independently and deliver results with minimal oversight.
    • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet analysis, PowerPoint presentations, financial modeling, and data interpretation; SQL knowledge is considered a plus.
    • Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation, and practical AI adoption strategies within business operations is highly desirable.
    • High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism when handling sensitive organizational or commercial information.
    • Intellectual curiosity and adaptability with the ability to switch seamlessly between strategic, operational, financial, and technical topics.
    • Previous experience within B2B SaaS, fintech, payments infrastructure, or startup environments is advantageous.
