Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Chief of Staff to partner with the SVP & GM – APAC Sales. This role will drive key priorities, business performance, and cross-functional alignment across the region, acting as a trusted advisor and extension of leadership.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years in strategy, consulting, or leadership roles in APAC region preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive execution in a complex, matrix environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity and bring structure to drive outcomes.
  • Strong business judgement and problem solving capability.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive execution of APAC sales strategy and transformation initiatives.
  • Manage operating cadence (QBRs, pipeline reviews, leadership forums).
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define key metrics and outcomes for QBRs.
  • Manage and streamline external communications, including interactions with key stakeholders, customers, and partners.
  • Track performance (revenue, pipeline, productivity) and provide insights.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR.
  • Support executive decision-making with data and analysis.
  • Deliver strategic projects (GTM, coverage, productivity improvements).
  • Lead strategic project management initiatives across the organization.
  • Share best practices across sales teams and communicate critical information from global teams to cross-functional partners.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders in product, marketing, compliance, and legal teams.
