  • Proxy & Representation: Represent the President in meetings when needed, draft and respond to emails, and manage communications on their behalf.
  • Confidential Communication: Handle highly sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Operational & Administrative Support: Oversee scheduling, travel, calendar coordination, and meeting setup (including technology and logistics).
  • Execution & Accountability: Track strategic initiatives and ensure follow-through on deliverables and commitments.
  • Leadership Development: Build and lead a small support team over time to expand executive operations capacity.
  • Board Engagement: Assist in preparation for, and eventually participate in, Board of Directors meetings.
  • Efficiency & Focus: Manage front-end communications and coordination so the President can concentrate on strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives (C-suite or VP level) in high-growth or private equity–backed environments.
  • Proven success as a Chief of Staff, Executive Advisor, or similar high-trust partner role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft, edit, and present at an executive level.
  • Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential matters with discretion and build trust quickly.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.
