What you'll do...
Act as a force multiplier for leadership by translating strategy into execution across product, operations, and client initiatives
Own cross-functional project tracking using tools like Jira, ensuring timelines, blockers, and deliverables stay visible and on track
Partner with client-facing teams to support account growth, renewals, and overall experience, stepping in directly when needed
Build and refine internal processes that improve delivery speed, communication clarity, and operational efficiency
Analyze business performance metrics, identify gaps, and drive initiatives that improve revenue, retention, and delivery outcomes
Lead special projects that cut across product, go-to-market, and operations, often with tight timelines and evolving scope
Serve as a connective layer between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment without overcomplication
