What You Will Do

- 4–7 years of experience in operations or strategy roles within the software development industry.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics analysis.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred
- Experience in the AI or security sectors is a plus.
- Familiarity with B2B operations and customer engagement strategies.

Compensation and Benefits
