What you will own

You'll be the strategic right hand to our founding team––driving high-impact initiatives, leading enterprise client relationships, and building the foundation that scales us from startup to category leader.

Strategic Partnership & Executive Support

• Work directly with CEO and COO on company-defining strategic initiatives and key decisions
• Own special projects that directly impact growth trajectory and market positioning
• Lead market research to develop growth strategy and refine company messaging

Enterprise Client Success & Growth Execution

• Lead executive-facing interactions with enterprise customers
• Own pipeline accounts, create compelling sales materials, and drive revenue operations
• Execute growth initiatives spanning content, events, and demand generation
• Build frameworks to measure and optimize market positioning

What you will need

• 2+ years in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups
• Proven track record of building and scaling strategic initiatives with minimal oversight
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
• Bias towards action and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
