Role Purpose
The Chief of Staff serves as the operating backbone of a high-priority,
multi-workstream strategic growth initiative. This initiative is a critical
component of the organization’s global expansion strategy, specifically focused
on accelerating growth with high-value technology clients (Hyperscalers)
through innovation, client experience transformation, and talent evolution.
This role exists to turn vision into action by ensuring the initiative
runs with discipline, clarity, and momentum. The Chief of Staff will drive a
strong operating cadence, coordinate across various leaders, and provide clear
reporting on progress and results.
