Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) – Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead and oversee all nursing services within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. This leadership role is responsible for directing nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels to meet patient needs and regulatory standards.

The CNO will develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in alignment with PAM Health system standards and accreditation requirements. This role also evaluates and recommends appropriate staff-to-patient ratios and maintains systems to ensure adequate staffing for the delivery of safe, effective nursing care.

Responsibilities

  • Directs all nursing service activities for the facility assigned by making recommendations for staff/patient ratios
  • Maintain a system to determine and provide adequate staff for provision of appropriate nursing care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing service in compliance with PAM Health system policies and procedure and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

  • Active RN License in the state.
  • Master’s Degree, or active progression toward a Master’s Degree, is required.
  • Regardless of degree (AD, Diploma, Bachelors, Masters) a minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience is required and three years of experience in nursing management preferred.
  • Current BLS and ACLS required.
  • Certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN).

Pay Range

USD $140,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 /Yr.
