Ultimate Peaks is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead the medical strategy and clinical operations of a leading healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement clinical policies and protocols to ensure quality patient care and safety.
• Provide leadership to medical staff, fostering professional development and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification in relevant specialty.
• Minimum of 12 years of clinical experience with at least 5 years in senior medical leadership roles.
• Proven track record in healthcare management, clinical governance, and quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution within a healthcare setting.
