Job Overview

The Chief Marketing Officer – Foreign Sales will lead international sales and marketing strategies, drive overseas market expansion, and strengthen relationships with global clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international sales and marketing strategies.
• Identify and expand new overseas markets.
• Build relationships with international clients, investors, and strategic partners.
• Represent the organization at international events, exhibitions, and roadshows.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and brand positioning.
• Lead and mentor the foreign sales and marketing team.
• Drive sales growth and achievement of international business targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 10+ years of proven sales experience, with strong exposure to foreign/international sales.
• Real estate industry experience will be an advantage.
• Degree in a relevant field; MBA is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic mindset with strong business development capabilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently to international markets.
